An AI assistant can work through the MCP server at /api/mcp instead. Each of its seven tools runs one of these routes, with an access token you create in the dashboard. Connect an assistant.

To have ticket events sent to you instead of asking for them, the dashboard's Integrations screen posts each event you switch on to your own URL, with your own auth header.
