Ticket Tool Next

Private support tickets for your Discord server.

A member picks what they need from a message you post, and gets a channel only they and your team can see. Free on every server, with no card.

The sample needs no sign-in. It is the real dashboard, running a made-up server called Harbour Town.

Already run Ticket Tool? Adding this changes nothing there. What switching means

Coming from Ticket Tool?

What happens to the setup you have, what comes across, and what your Premium covers.

Your Ticket Tool setup
Nothing in it changes. Ticket Tool Next is a separate Discord bot, and the two run side by side.
Your panels
Nothing is imported. You set panels up fresh here, and the overview's setup checklist and the panel templates help.
Ticket Tool Premium
It does not unlock anything here today.
Who runs it
Jacob Griswold builds and runs it. A person answers in our support server on Discord.

What a member sees, in Discord

One message carries every kind of ticket you take. Picking one opens a channel only they and your team can see, with their form answers already in it.

The ticket it opened. Close, Claim and Transcript sit on its first message, and claiming is part of Premium.

Every ticket, and everything said in it

Open and closed, with the whole conversation a click away. Your team answers in Discord, or from a browser.

Closing keeps the channel. The transcript is one HTML file, filed in a channel you pick with a link your staff can open later, and on Premium it goes to the member too.

Free runs a real support desk

Premium is for when the work needs sharing out, and it keeps everything the free tier has.

See it working, then add it

Harbour Town is open in the sample dashboard with no sign-in. Adding the bot to your own server starts with a Discord sign-in.
